These words are tasks. 3 tasks; each one as important as the next. The power of each task has a force that both unravels as quickly as it weaves. Both becoming & unbecoming. A simultaneous death & birth. These words weave together everything there is to be found within Somatic Experience. Body Experiencing.
Embodied Awakening. 

It truly is in and through the body that we find heaven. Where we find a state that has many names. And these 3 words present the model for which this can be awakened in all of us. That which is already built in. 

The prefix ‘re’ is defined as “a return to a previous condition; to renew, to restore.” 

THE 3 TASKS OF RE-WILDING

  • Re-Mind

    Re-Minding is the process of coming back into deep understanding of how & why our nervous system makes the decisions it does. It’s a reclamation of a mind at peace & in love with the body, the spirit, and it’s Self. The educational process of Re-Minding takes place when we start to learn that our body, our impulses, & our actions, are not unintelligible, broken, mistakes that we have to control, contort, manipulate, cage, or destroy through denial, shame, guilt, judgment or loathing. But rather that our impulses that we either listen to or disarm are clues as to the true nature that lies beneath the survival strategies.

  • Re-MemBEr

    Re-Membering is the process of working directly with our nervous systems to re-wire outdated survival strategies. With our newfound understanding of our body we begin to align & unravel stress & trauma accumulation within our systems. Stress & trauma breakdown & dis-member our being causing disharmony & improper communication between our systems (central & autonomic nervous system, endocrine, immune, reproductive system, etc.). It’s the act of finding the pieces that were dis-membered from the whole and nourishing them so that they may become healthy pieces easily integrated back into the whole.

  • Re-wild

    Re-Wilding is the final stage of these 3 tasks. It is the Coming Home stage. It is the return to our nature. The place we land and settle into after the process of Re-Minding & Re-Membering. After completing the first 2 tasks we then slowly but strongly move deeper into our truest personal nature devoid of external conditioning that has harmed & hindered our truest expression. Not one built out of wounds, traumas, hurts, & fears but one of true understanding of our essence nature & pure embodiment of our most authentic, honest, & expressed self. This is what you are here for. THIS is what we are made to BE. Free. Unencumbered. Wild.

You will learn:

  • How to track & map your own nervous system through each state; Dorsal, Sympathetic, Ventral, & Combo states such as Freeze.

    • in learning this you will be able to identify where you are in your internal landscape & how to guide yourself out of a state of dysregulation & into regulation using Polyvagal knowledge & Somatic Experiencing practices

  • How to create harmony & teamwork between your brain & body for optimal processing of present and past stress & trauma.

  • How to complete stress & survival responses so they don’t get stuck in your body moving forward.

    • How to properly process and integrate stress and trauma for ultimate resilience & a strengthened sense of capability & self trust.
